For one week each summer, kids with cancer across southeastern Pennsylvania get together at Camp Can-Do to forget what it's like to be sick and remember what it's like just ot be a kid again.
They're joined by pediatric oncology doctors and nurses who volunteer their time to administer medicines and provide on-site medical assistance as these kids do what kids at summer camp do: swim, fish, hike, bike, sing around the campfire and make new friends - the kind that will last them a lifetime.
We at Celebration for Life have a special place in our hearts for the kids at Camp Can-Do. And we have tremendous admiration and appreciation for the staff and volunteers who give of themselves personally to make the camp experience a special one.
That's why we're hosting a Night of 1000 Wishes: Fulfilling the Camp Can-Do Wish List at the Meadia Heights Country Club on Saturday, February 27, 2010.

Camp Can-Do is an American Cancer Society program for children with cancer and they need our help to keep the camp going. You can be part of this distinctive evening designed to make summer special for these kids.
Please join us for this Celebration for Life special event to raise the $10,000 we need to fulfill Camp Can-Do's 1000-item wish list.
